Lady Collins has earned national board certification and the credential of Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP^®) in Primary Care after successfully passing the rigorous national CPNP board exam developed and administered by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. 

Lady obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University (KSU) in 2013. She became a nurse because she is amazed by the way the human body works and has a servant heart towards helping others. Lady was born in Colombia and moved to the United States when she was 5 years old. She is a first generation college student and has always been involved serving as the Vice President of her Student Nurses Association, Breakthrough to Nursing Director at the Georgia Association of Nursing Students, and task force member at the Governor’s Office of Children and Families for Commercially and Sexually Exploited Children. Additionally, Lady worked as a patient care tech on an adult step-down unit working nights while in full time school at KSU. During her second year as a Pediatric Emergency Department (ED) Nurse, Lady obtained her Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner certificate and was able to serve as a resource to three hospital campuses. She is driven by the belief that this is more than a job but it is her passion and calling on her life.
